Industrial drones & UAV systems
The sky, put to work.
Aloft Aerial Systems designs and manufactures multirotor and VTOL platforms — with cameras, ground software and export support built in — for enterprise fleets flying agriculture, mapping, inspection and delivery missions in 60+ countries.

Platform families
Four platforms. One flight stack.
Every Aloft airframe shares the same flight controller, battery system and AloftPilot ground software — so pilots train once, spares pool small, and your fleet grows without retraining.
Agriculture
AX-16 Fieldhand
A 16-litre smart spray tank, dual atomising nozzles and terrain-follow radar cover up to 24 hectares per hour with centimetre-level swath repeatability.
TANK 16 L
24 HA / H
Mapping & survey
AV-2 Surveyor
A VTOL fixed-wing that launches from a courtyard and maps 12 km² per flight — full-frame 61 MP mechanical shutter with PPK delivers 1.2 cm GSD without ground control points.
FLT 90 MIN
GSD 1.2 CM
Inspection
AQ-8 Lookout
48 MP with 32× hybrid zoom plus a 640 × 512 radiometric thermal core on one 3-axis gimbal — read a bolt head from 40 metres, in wind your crews will not climb in.
ZOOM 32X
FLT 38 MIN
Delivery
AD-5 Courier
An 8 kg payload bay with winch release flies fixed corridors up to 12 km under full geo-fence control, with automatic return-to-home and drop-point logging.

Camera & gimbal technology
Optics that hold still at 15 m/s.
Our gimbals and camera cores are designed together, in-house, and tuned on the same airframes they ship on. That is why the data holds up when the wind does not.
- ±0.005° stabilisation across three axes — sharp at full zoom, even in gusts
- 48 MP 1-inch CMOS with mechanical shutter for mapping-grade stills
- 640 × 512 radiometric thermal core with isotherm alarms
- Quick-swap payload mount — change cameras in under a minute, no tools
Three payload options — zoom, mapping, thermal duo
42 min smart batteries — 500-cycle service life
AloftPilot ground station
One screen from mission plan to landing.
AloftPilot ships free with every aircraft and runs the whole operation — planning, flying, logging and fleet health — in one place your pilots already know.
- Draw a boundary and AloftPilot writes the flight — lawnmower, corridor or orbit
- RTK / PPK positioning down to 1.2 cm with network or base-station corrections
- Terrain-follow from onboard radar and 1 m elevation tiles
- Fleet sync for batteries, firmware and flight logs across 12 aircraft
- Open SDK and MAVLink-compatible API for your own workflows
SkyLink 3 transmission — 15 km range, AES-256 encryption, dual-band failover
Compliance & certification
Certified for the markets you fly in.
Every export batch leaves with the paperwork your regulator and freight forwarder will ask for — no chasing documents at customs.

UN38.3 Batteries

ISO 9001:2015
Remote ID Ready
Geo-fencing and Remote ID firmware are configured for your destination region before packing. UN38.3 test summaries and MSDS travel with every battery shipment.
Enterprise fleet program
A fleet program that scales with your season.
Buying aircraft is easy. Keeping twenty of them flying through a spray season is the hard part — so that is what the program is built around.
Volume pricing & spares pool
Tiered pricing from five units. A shared spares pool at your hub keeps fleet availability above 95% through the season.
Operator training academy
A three-day certification course for pilots and maintainers — flight hours, failure drills and log discipline, at our field or yours.
48-hour advance replacement
Service hubs in Rotterdam, Dallas and Nairobi ship a flight-ready replacement before your aircraft comes back for repair.

“We mapped 1,900 kilometres of transmission corridor in a single season with two Surveyors. The PPK data held under 2 cm without a single ground control point — our audit passed on first submission.”
Henrik Dahl — UAV Lead, Nordgrid Survey, Oslo
“After 400 spray hours across two seasons our Fieldhand batteries still log 92% health. When we finally damaged an airframe mid-harvest, the Nairobi hub had a replacement flying in two days.”
Lucía Herrera — Operations Director, AgroVista, Chile
Export FAQ
Answers before you ask.
The questions every new fleet buyer and OEM partner asks us first. If yours is not here, a platform engineer will answer it within one working day.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One evaluation unit for standard configurations. Volume pricing starts at five units; OEM builds with custom shells or firmware start at fifty.
How fast can I get a sample aircraft?
Stock configurations ship in 7–10 days. Custom payload or shell samples take two to three weeks, including flight validation and logs.
Which payment terms do you accept?
30% T/T deposit with balance before shipment for standard orders. Irrevocable L/C at sight is welcome for orders above $80,000.
How do you ship lithium batteries?
Batteries travel as UN 3480/3481 dangerous goods with UN38.3 test summaries and MSDS included. We book DG-certified air or sea freight and prepare every declaration.
Can you certify for my market?
CE RED and FCC filings are maintained in-house. For other regions our compliance desk manages type approval with local labs — typically four to eight weeks.
What warranty do you provide?
Twelve months on airframes and gimbals, six months or 300 cycles on batteries, and 48-hour advance replacement for fleet program members.
